I like the black bumper on there, Lisa.

I always have thought the "sport" mirrors look goofy on these trucks though. The towing mirrors are much more proportionate the trucks.

Yeah the PO put those on...they are power everything though/ They fold in and I can control everything they do with the button on the door...so I like them in that capacity.

I'd only get the big towing mirrors if they had the same functions.

Those mirrors don't look much bigger than the ones my dad has on his silverado.

I really like the grill with the inside painted silver, i thought that looked pretty damn sharp.

My brother did that with his 7.3 and I have to say that I really didn't think it looked all that great. He swapped it out for a different grill and I like his new one much better. I don't know if he has any pictures of it though. It's one of the more common aftermarket grills.

I gotta say I am not real hot on that idea.

I like the way it looks with the inside of the grille painted a gloss black, but only looks decent if paired with the clear/smoked headlight/blinker combo.

Guys we all have different opinions about what looks good and what doesn't. Variation is the spice of life. If we all liked the same things, all our trucks would look the same and that's not very exciting if you ask me.

Ive never actually seen one up close Pete, but someone on here (was it jay maybe?) posted a link that they did theirs, and i thought it looked much better then the black.

Might look different in a pic though, compared to up close.

Hey everyone!

We are back at home. We had a great time in Louisiana. Drove a ton of miles and saw a lot of awesome scenery that you normally only get to see on television.

Going through the pics that I took. Here are a few that are pretty cool.

Saw this little guy swimming in a bayou....

And a little while later we saw this BIG guy laying out getting some sun. These pics weren't taken in a zoo. These are REAL alligators, out in the wild, doing their thing:

This guy actually lives in Texas, in the Blue Elbow Swamp:

You're right. But I just thought I'd toss my .02 out there.

Here is what my bro's looked like when he was done.

Edit: Very cool pictures, Scott. It took me a minute to find the water snake there.

Thanks, Pete. I had a hard time spotting him when I took the pic. The kids could see him but I couldn't.

Another that I took just for y'all. This guy I am sure was thinking he would protect his house in the event of a storm surge from a hurricane.

The thing I wonder is this. Would you really want to ride a hurricane out in this house?

It also protects against robbery! They don't even have to lock their door at night. They just pull up the ladder.

You'll notice in the pic that the trees are blurry. We took that while moving. No way was I going to stop!
