Cris is really busy with work and the kids playing soccer and stuff...

trying to get together with her and Jay while he is in town this week...its tough setting it up!

I am hoping for tonite or tomorrow nite at South Mountain Park...

but I havnt heard from either in 3 days

Thanx Lisa...I really hope it aint the flu...I hear its pretty nasty for people with asthma

I crave the sun, especially for the next 6 months or so. I need sun!!! I feel my energy level drop really bad this time of year, and if I'm not careful, depression will follow a bit. I have to remember to take vitamin D. In the summer I only need like 4-6 hr of sleep. Now, I could sleep all day.
