check the fuel pump cut off safety switch (inertia switch)near the parkbrake pedal.there is a push button on top push it to reset,
also check the power to the dual tank switch if equiped
the wire colors for the inertia switch are brown and pink/black stripe
the fusible link is marked w and has a yellow wire at the starter solenoid
yuck. It's terrible no doubt. Why for two weeks? You get Lasik or something? Mine was just for a routine check up, for some reason that's how they do it...I think it was for the glaucoma test they do, but I really don't know. The eye doc was kinda a jerk...No, I take that back, he was an ***..
No, no lasik. I thought I had something in my eye, turns out there was no foreign object, but my eye was burning. Acute iritis was the diagnosis. But I'm all set now.
Yeah right now we're having issuse getting electricity to the pumps but both the High pressure and the sending unit pump work when hooked up to a battery. I guess we are going to rewire the oumps tomorrow since im going to get the wire and alligator clips today at work.
shhh this is off topic...but check the switch to make sure it has power, and check fuses and relays
taking the bed off makes it easy to test everyting
hey Jake, on the driver side near the hood hinge, you will see 2 relays. one of them is the fuel pump relay. the wires in the connectors are known for rotting out and falling off the relay. when that happens, no fuel pump power.
i will try to get you some pictures of the relays off the 89 this afternoon.
i kept waking up last night... not sure why, but it was annoying. I did get in a 4 mile run this morning so now it's time to check job websites, etc.... and keep up on the OT of course!!
How's everyone this morning? Just had a thought that I hadn't seen Alicia around in a bit... anyone heard/seen her around? Cris either for that matter..
Good morning all, 36 and sleet at the moment. Should make for a very enjoyable day out there today.

No kidding. Holy hell.
To make things even more fun, the glow igniter went out on our furnace. Special order part. Will HOPEFULLY have one today.
As we speak, its about 50 degrees in the house.
Lisa, that has happened to the furnace in our house twice in the last 6 years. The first time was the night after we moved in,November 1st, Sunday. That was a nice repair bill the day after moving in. It got down to 46 in here before we got it fixed

We'll both get back to the Denver area and if we're close enough, I'll come knocking in the morning for ya.... remember, you asked me to kick your butt!! Besides, getting in a run that early just pumps you up for the day. Follow the run with a decent meal and you're set!!

man, that sounds about perfect for me!! When I lived in CO, I left the doors open in the house to the backyard until it hit 40's overnight. Sure, some spiders etc. crawled in, but nothing bigger. Never had a mouse problem, but I know to call "Ms. Double-Tap" for that!!
