I woulda guessed the same since theres a few people around here my age (19) and thats still on the younger side on here.
I used to wonder how old everyone on here thought I was before I let it be known.
EDIT: Seeing your custom sig thing next to the supporter badge made me remember I was going to ask you for some advice on some guns when we talked about those menus, So be ready Im going to have just a few questions lol

Ill be guttin all the old wiring and starting from scratch. I have no problem installing new 200amp service and have done it 3 times even though Im not licensed. Passed rough in and final on 1st times all 3 times! I need to learn a little more about plumbing though...

Well Scott, we're in for it too. We're supposed to see flakes tomorrow, and itll be in the high 20s on friday morning, BUT, Welcome to the South, its supposed to be 60 on Saturday, and 65 on Sunday.

Fairly plane jane house out here to build, at an rtm place, is 95 bucks a square foot. Once ya start wanting more then the basic house plan they jack up the price per square foot and blame it on the rafters (at least I think thats what they said!)
Older houses (30 yrs and older) are around $190 sq. foot.....told ya it was insane lol
