Thanks, Lisa. I think the linkage is okay. It's moving the butterfly (which is smaller than a dime!!), but when I took the fuel pump ***'y apart, the diaphragm is very distorted and too stiff. IIRC, it should be nice & pliable so it can do its job.

I remember watching my buddy eat it really bad while riding a tube like that once. He went up and his feet came down and caught the water first and he went head over heels, face first into the water. It was funny as he!!.

I dont know why its so funny when we get hurt... "It's only funny until someone gets hurt, then it's hilarious." quoted by my old boss. Nice guy huh?

Thanks Lisa, can't wait to see you on the network. Atleast it looks like you'll have a few members close to you in Iowa.

Hello all, slept in, went to church, spend 2 hours talking with the guys down at the local Advanced Auto. Purchased replacement bulbs for the front marker lights, Ford really mad it easy to change the bulbs in these trucks. Fabricated the other Optima battery mount, and put it in, and here i am, 10 pages of reading. During HS, I wanted to be a Heavy Equipment operator, sounded like playing with Tonka Trucks for real. I loved Construction Career Days. For a day, you could play with all the heavy equipment that your heart desired.

damn...we never had a construction career day like that...

I took 3 years of construction in high school, then ended up going to college for electronics...

bad choice on my part...should have gone to a trade school instead

never finished the first year of college...

WE didn't even have anything like that in my HS it was so small only a 700 students K-12.
