Looks like I'm never going to get my 3rd place back now...
But I had a busy day yesterday, replaced the fuel lines on my Ryobi (one of those multi-tools with weedeater, edger, blower, & pole saw). It still isn't running well -- I think the diaphragm in the fuel pump section of the carb is gotten too brittle to work. Good thing the neighbor had a chain saw. We took a tree down in my front yard -- it was getting WAY too big. It was too close to the house, and starting to choke off my Maple and Pine trees it was between. You can see the ~16" stump next to the brick wall:
Here it is cut up & ready to get loaded up on a trailer:
And while I was working on this, I was watching that van turbo. Here's the one I got:
Now the fun part!! Rebuild!!
I'll also do the EBPV delete pedestal & outlet, and up-pipe donuts while I'm there. Should be a fun Thanksgiving weekend!!
I might put the ATS housing on it later, but for now I'll keep the Stock Garrett housing.
That's what I tell my crew too, Brent. I spare no expense to ensure that they have everything thery need. Makes the jobs much easier.
Happy crew means they bust their butt for you as well. Which in turn makes me more money. I buy lunch for the boys a lot, buy coffee when it gets cold.
I have a Milwaukee job radio with my Ipod loaded with music we all like. We have fun, lots of fun. Did I say fun? lol

I buy lunch a lot and then expense it. My boss has never once complained. My boys can put out the parts and he knows that. You're right, happy crew = hard working crew.
Speaking of food. Since finishing the flares off, I have been working in the kitchen.
Marinating some t-bones for the grill. Also having baked potatoes and Caesar salad (with home made dressing). And, since I do not have to work this week, I am going to have me a couple of Patron' Texas Martinis to go with my steak.
Me neither!!! I've had bad knees my whole life. I can walk forever, but don't ask me to run!!!
My right knee is gone and my ankle is still slightly dislocated (idiot surgeon). I waited too long to get surgery done to fix it and it fused where it is now. The doctor told me I would advise against running EVER again. Im 24 years old...
Those are going to marinate for about 2.5 hours and then they get thrown over a bed of hot mesquite coals.
You'll almost be able to cut that meat with your fork.
Sounds AWESOME, Scott!! I grilled bacon-wrapped pork tenderloins (like fillet Mignon only made of pork) last night, made my famous home made salsa today, and I think we'll do Jambalaya tonight. The wife & I will both work on that. And now *I'M* getting hungry, and I just ate lunch......
