what exactly do you need on the shifter cheeto? is the problem in the tranny itself? can you not fab a shifter assembly? if its something that can be cut on a plasma-cam type machine let me know (if your not familiar with plasma-cam its like a flow jet but with a plasma cutter obviously) i think dan said it was in the shifter assembly.

ITs the top plate of the trans that has the shift rails and forks in it. I got it working a little better. I just need to mess with it more i guess. Need to get some play money to finish this thing up soon.

can you post a pic of what it looks like? if its a plate that needs precision cut i can handle that no problem.

Na is a cast aluminum piece. I think its the actual shift rods that are just wore out. I dont have a pic right now.

oh ok i know what you are talking about. i thought if it was just a steel plate i could have that cut for ya. sorry i couldnt help ya.

lol yeah i aint gonna be able to cut that out on the plasma cam. i thought maybe it was just the steel plate on top that the shifter fits down in.
