Storms and rain for the last few days . Flooding around my area also .
Safe here so far , more to come . Have fun , be safe !
Hope you are on high ground John and keep your feet dry.
50 miles north of me was even colder at -27°C this morning, I may have to start thinking of plugging in the vehicles.
It was -27 here this morning, and -22 right now. Flooding the rink, and believe it or not the sun is very warm. I'm just wearing a hoodie under a freezer jacket. I have to stop at 4pm, cause Dawn want's to wash clothes. We're on a well system, and can't do both.
Watch out for the icy patch Grant, you dont wanna slip & miss work..... hehe
I'm not using a tarp. Just filling a 30 gallon garbage can and pouring over. The ground is not totally frozen yet, so alot is soaking in. It takes 7 minutes to fill the can. If the weather stays cold, it should be good to go in a couple of days. I figure the rink is 24ft wide by approx 50 or 60 ft long.
