I unplugged it and it didnt change anything.
The plug was very oily when I unplugged it?
I havnt checked the oil yet but thats next as soon as find the right alan key.
If you ICP is leaking oil through the top, I will need to be replaced. It may not be the entire problem, but it is a problem that needs repair. Do you have any smoke while trying to crank?
I was going to top up the oil and try it but I see the dealership unplugged a couple of wires and I cant see from where?
Ones a small black 2 prong plug with a wire retainer or locking clip on it.
The others a ordiniary white 2 wire plug?
The cant go far as theres a limited amount of lenghth in there wires?
Dont know if Im blind or........................?

IPR(clip) (bottom of HPOP), fuel bowl heater?
Possibly the EOT sensor. look up a few posts at the picture.
Did you try the #30 fuse? That is a no smoke no sputter deal. I must be the only idiot that thinks this though. (That is probably bc it happened to me)
EDIT - Brandon's post made me think. The fuel bowl heater is a white plug on mine and plugs into the back of the fuel filter housing.
