A few years back I paid Ford for the use of the logo for my fire suit. Seems kinda weird that I had to pay for the use to advertise for them but thats the way it is I guess. I just had the upholstery guy send the center section of the seat to the same place to have it stitched in. I think I paid $25 for lifetime unlimited use of the logo.

I didn't really care to give them the money but the company doing the stitching insisted on it. Checked out your YouTube vid of the dodge. Looks good.

Glad you got that thing runnin. Everything looks awesome. I should have my truck running again with the old motor. Hopefully get the real motor done before Pinks or else ill be low compression wit halot of spray, lol.

Why are you not running mufflers? I drove my truck once with open headers and it sucked. I have magnaflows and they are quiet and dont rob much hp.

Hers my junk. Trying to looks as stock as possible (cause it is)

Heres what happens when your driveshaft breaks shifting into 3rd on a 150 shot. Best part is that it was my dads truck. I break everything I get my hands on.

Dropped, I think the low compression with about a 200 shot off the line and 300 shifting into third is what I am going to do. Seems alot cheaper to fill a few bottles than to through a rod trying to run a good number at Pinks.

Planned on running King Street this year at our home track (60 miles away) and at bandimere ( 150 miles). In Douglas they changed the rules and don't allow stickers (contingency or sponsor) on the paint for King Street. Too late for that so we decided to run Pro which doesn't require mufflers. also the new motor mounts moved the engine quite a bit and the old exhaust, 3 inch pipe with the warlock racing mufflers, won't fit any more.

Edit: looks like the tranny tail shaft took the brunt of the nitrous.

Lakewood Suspension 40101 - Lakewood Drag Shocks and Struts - summitracing.com

They fit 340 different cars, from a 64 Buick Special to a 65 Impala but they are the same collapsed and extended length and they fit great. We had to change the top bushing and use the stock ones. It is also recommended to use some sort of travel limiting device so you don't pull the shocks in two when the suspension travels. We just used some chain and drilled holes in the bottom shock mount.

Spent saturday morning loading things up for a swap meet in denver next weekend. Started to tinker with a few things on the truck in the afternoon. Tried to adjust the throttle lonkage a bit and ended up with quite a bit of fuel in the cylinders so we tried to start it to keep the fuel from washing down the cylinder walls. Truck wouldn't turn over so we removed the plugs and we witnessed a fountain of antifreeze from one of the cylinders. Engine was never fired so we yanked the intake and heads and cleaned everything up. There wasn't any coolant in the oil pan so I think we might be ok. As far as i can tell the head shop we got them from sold us a bad pair of used heads. There is obviously no warranty on racing parts but there should be some warranty about them being usable when you buy them. Going to find out about the heads tomorrow and buy some new Kaase p-51's and not deal with anything used. Just another setback. Starting to look like race season might not pan out this year.

Man sounds like you having it rough. I have bought 2 460's for my Fox and both are stuck. Maybe it just a slow start for BBF this year.

I have never in my life had so much continued trouble with any vehicle work. The heads have been nothing but trouble since the minute we bought them so they are going back tomorrow.

Man, sorry to hear about the coolant in the cylinder. Do you know yet that it is for sure the heads, and not a crack in the cylinder its self?

Hope you get it fixed up and fuc*ing running enough to race soon.
