Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Started out at 27 under light overcast. Still have light overcast but the sun is hidden. We are up to 32 though. Dogs are happy to be back at the ranch where they have a lot more room to run. They went nuts this morning and came back huffing, puffing and panting.
Good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Ran into some missing documents for taxes. Went to the State Web site where I can at least download working copies and..."Down for Maintenance". So stalled out at the point and move on to looking at gun safes and taking measurements,
Going to have to check with some retail outlets in Bend that are open tomorrow to see if they have any installers. Seems like when it comes to Gun Safes (Safes in General) they are curb side delivery only and then you are on your own. 1100 lbs is a little much for me to handle. I have two hand trucks, but neither are big enough for that! Not sure I could find an appliance dolly big enough and I'd still need help able bodied help. Nearest neighbor is in Arizona, next nearest is in worse shape and older than I am, and the next one over from there is 96. Got to give him credit for living out in the sticks at his age and keeping up with it, but he isn't going to be any help at 96 years young. I wonder if Derick knows any of the Football players or wrestlers at Gilchrist High School....
Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. 29 and overcast. It's now warmed up to 35 and started raining a bit ago. Seems to have stopped for now. Supposed to be a 50% chance of snow today.
Went out with the dogs on the morning routine and was going to light the burn pile. Before I could get it lit, it started raining. So, the dogs and I came back inside. Boots and jacket off so for now, the burn pile can wait.
We're going to wait on the trip to Bend to talk to them about gun safes. Too many things going on in the next week and a half.
