Good Taco Tuesday evening Washington, Tim, Preston, Wayne, Nicolas, Steve, Ken and all the crew.
Wayne you could have bottler a little more and made fortune selling Washington Sunshine!
Tim, it was another cold day in my woods 23° when I got up at 0700 and very little sun, topped out at 30° and we had a cold breeze all day. Looking back at the temperature log, about 0330 to 0400 my woods hit 18°. Somehow, I missed that this morning.
Practice makes perfect, at least back in my stick welding day it did!
Preston, glad you had a good time despite the news. My Thoughts and Prayer for his safety during Reactivation and deployment!
I do hope everyone had a great day and didn't over do it on the Tacos.
The bottled sunshine thing is kind of a running joke with me. Whenever someone goes to Arizona in the winter or someplace nice when it's icky here, I always say to bring me back a bottle of sunshine or a bottle of warmth. One day someone was lamenting on their weather on a particularly nice day here, so I took this pic and sent it to them. It always makes me feel warm. I should make it into a giant poster.
Happy Hump Day Washington, Tim, Preston, Wayne, Nicolas, Ken, Steve, Ken and all the crew.
Cold start to the day in my woods at 16°, a cold breeze. They say 45° today but with the gray skies and the wind, I doubt it!
I hope everyone has a great day as the Humper and not the Humpy!
Have yall gotten any snow over there yet? I believe 20 is closed for the season so If I want to get to Mazama I have to go down to highway 2 and back up which stinks.
Well I'm stuck here in Pasadena Texas doing the first overhauls of a series of 20 year old machines, I got unit #1 and 2 in pieces in the shop here.
Since we were down here in Texas went up and saw the middle boy, his wife and 6 kids along with the other mother in law and and some of the wife's brothers and one sister.
Not very much yet, only about 5" and most of it is gone.
Do you go to Mazama very often?

I guess being in Texas has advantages with family there!

My buddy has a cabin in Mazama but it takes forever to get there if 20 is closed.
