Oh my gosh thatl ooks amazing Tim! I'm only and hour and a half away....... be right over! Hehe j/k
I spoke with a awesome customer service employee at Banks today that issued me a RMA code to return my differential cover that won't fit. He said they'll have one that will fit my dually truck 3rd quarter in 2025. He put me on the list.
Those look amazing, Tim! Absolutely delicious. What's your secret recipe? Our quarter beef came with a package of short ribs. I want to cook them for Christmas dinner tomorrow, but not sure what to do with them. I was going to research that today.
I modified the handles on snowblower this week. It's always been too low for me. Next mod is to figure out is how to move or extend the track release levers to the upper handles. This is not my design, I seen it on line somewhere but it wasn't as cut and dry as it sounded, I think there is a difference in machines. The original design called for 1/2" schedule 40 pipe, my handle bars where too thick. I went with 1/2" schedule 80 and turned them down on my lathe to fit the inside of my bars. I also changed the lever extension to my design.
I think I will cut out the original grips for the screw heads!
My new snowblower handles sure made a difference, they worked extremely well. I hacked up a couple of wire extentions for the steering levers, they worked, that's about all I can say. I'm not sure I can 3D print something that will hold up. I'm thinking of just printing a little beefier mound (the orange thing) and making the actual pull handle out of aluminum.
Good morning WA...Happy Saturday For All!!! Woke up this morning to freezing rain...it's a skating rink out there...lots of accidents and slip and falls. I'm just gonna stay inside till it warms up a bit later.
