Hi Nickolas, We had a little snow in the morning, a little sunshine and a little rain today. I got a little bit done on the Bronco, played a little with my new plasma cutter and studied some on my new CNC plasma table that is still that should be here any day now.
Hello everyone,
Hope you all had a great Christmas. I am starting to get back to normal schedule since the holidays. Looking forward to getting back to work on the ‘60 F100 soon.
Merry Monday evening Washington, Tim, Preston, Wayne, Ken, Nicholas, Steve and all the crew.
I hope everyone had a good weekend and a great start to the week. It was a really nice day with some sun and 57° in my woods.
It is the Eve of New Years Eve and almost time for the party but I will be partying at home tomorrow night. If it is like the last half dozen years, I will not be awake to see the ball drop but will be unconscious!
Evening Tim, Nickolas and Preston. Mail deliveries really got backed up around here for the holidays.
Speaking of mail, I got a notification a package was delivered to my mailbox but it wasn't there. I have a locking mailbox and the package was larger than the opening in the mailbox, so I saw no way for it to be delivered to me. I stopped and asked my letter carrier Saturday, (who was not the one working on Thursday/delivery day) who said she would look into it. She said our post office had the record for parcel deliveries in the country at a million packages delivered for the month of December. They're running our carriers ragged and importing carriers from around the state to help out. The lady I talked to said she's the postmaster in Pomeroy (little town about 2 hours east of me) and here temporarily helping out.
Happy New Year's Eve Washington and all the crew. It is almost time to start the Big Celebration and party the night away. I have been in training for several days and made it to 2200 last night. My day will be spending time with Mom at the Hospital and then home by 1600 to 1700 - basically home before dark - and settle in for the evening. I plan to try and beat last night record and make it to 2201 before passing out!
So, anyone conscious at 0000, have a sip of Bubbly for me!
