I totally agree. I was just providing info for the members that I have gained during the many months of following truck orders. I am thankful every day for the valuable info from the spreadsheet. Thank you phoenixfla for all you do.
Understood. I check ‘em all. Nothing else to do while I wait. Glad that your wait is nearing the end.
Ok I just got my window sticker through the Mach-E tracker. Damn this is exciting! So hopefully it's built soon! haha
I just got an email that my date has been pushed back from the current week (11/29) to the week of 12/6. That day is my birthday. Maybe I'll have some luck.
I can't say I'm shocked. I've been expecting this.

do you have the “in production” email yet?
im guessing if they were gonna push mine back, they would’ve already
Based on scheduling, it appears they shutdown from just before Christmas till 1/17.

So if our truck is not "Sent To Plant" by around 12/15, the probability that it will be shipped out before reopening is slim? Or is it just the assembly line that shuts down with the other activities continuing until all completed production is released and shipped? (i.e., trucks completed on or before 12/23 will make it on the hauler/train before plant reopening.)

mine is “in production” now. When does the sent to plant occur?? I can’t keep track of this stuff 🤣
I've been away for several days enjoying the misery that is PA Whitetail hunting. Anyway, my truck finally shipped! Yeah! As it went through the steps, I noticed the same observations of data flow. The Ford order status site itself was the first to update. It still has a lag from real time, meaning, I saw in the morning that it updated, but the date it eventually for that step was the day prior. The data updates to the json that sites like Mach-E and direct data pulls doesn't get updated for some time after. The data flip flops for an hour but finally locks in. Nothing unusual or new, just that I believe in the end, there is no point obsessively pinging the other sites. In fact, just checking the Ford direct webpage for build status seems to give the most recent info. The data views that the spreadsheet provide are spot on for trending and then setting expectations for when your build will occur. Meaning there, if the trucks around your build date are taking 8 days from going "In Production" to "Built", even if you don't see that "Built" status for a couple days, that's a very real expectation.
Also, just a note, I had a spray in bedliner, mud guards, and hood deflector, which I'm guessing were all outside additions. That translated to a very real delay in shipping. Mine had 4 days to release from build, compared to some same day or 1 day release around my build time. So for those trying to expedite every last day, that really did mean something.
I hope any of this data was helpful.
Thanks so much AGAIN @Phoenixfla for all that you've done to source, compile, and maintain all this information so that we could take this nebulous ordering process and be able to hold ourselves with some sort of sanity throughout it!! Hopefully my next update is just a pic of my new King Ranch!
