Question Why doesn’t our truck show delivered?

Does the delivery from dealer to customer, and the actual sale, have to be reported to Ford by the dealer before it will show up as delivered on the spreadsheet here? I picked up our new truck at the end of the business day local time yesterday. Just wondering. Same thing with FordPass rewards that haven’t shown up in our account yet for the new vehicle purchase?

When I bought my 2020 it took 4 months to get my points. And that was with me calling them every week asking where the were!

You should ask your dealer that! And then let us know.

Checked the spreadsheet this morning and “in production” with window sticker. No Ford email. I’m excited! Second super duty I’ve ordered and trading in my 19 250 lariat when this dually arrives!

Fourth day post-production here. Not sure what the hold-up is. I don't have one of the tonneau covers that is suspected of holding up the show.

Best guess is the bed liner / 5th wheel combo?? But I see some others with that combo that seem to have only taken a day or two post production to release. Is the fifth wheel hitch actually installed, or just the frame /bed prep?

Yeah, that combo doesn't seem to hold up others. It's just the prep, not the actual hitch.

Release date 8/9, shows "IN-TRANSIT", but no shipment date yet. Does that mean it's still sitting there waiting to be picked up?

Same release date.. We could have walked to the plant since it was released. I believe we can stop looking at the trackers, because I believe we will get a call before Ford updates them.

Earlier Mach-E said mine would arrive in approximately 12 days. Now it's back to saying "In Production".

EDIT: It is back to showing a delivery date now. Come on Aug 25th!
