I swapped out the last 5 options for the ones below. It does appear that the retractable tonneau adds 6-7 days, except for aafd806 who somehow got all the post production options and shipped in 1 day.
ETA - Folding Tonneau could be dealer installed, I don't know.
Phoenixfla, I'm wondering how you pull in "Delivered" status? Your spreadsheet is showing me as the first and only one so far for 8/12, but the trackers still show me "In Transit". I'm hoping you're right!

All the data fields are populated directly from the Ford database. I have not seen one show delivered that wasn't actually delivered. I'll bet you $1 it's at your dealer.
On several tabs there is the Transit column, wondering if that is the actual number of days from release to delivery - for trucks that have been delivered? I looked at various tabs but wasn't sure if Transit was just a calculation based on estimates or actuals? It might be helpful for folks to know after being released ( you pick), how many actual days it's taking to be delivered. It might give folks an idea how long it's taking to get to various states. I realize this isn't an exact indication as logistical factors go into the various shipments but would give us an idea. If this info is in there and I'm missing please point me in the right direction. thx @Phoenixfla
I don't have an exact answer regarding the transit date. I can only tell you my observations. The transit date is consistently the number of days between shipment and start ETA, BUT sometimes the ETA start is a few days after shipment + transit. I suspect in some instances there is an additional buffer built in.
Sometimes, after it is unloaded by train, it can travel on not just 1, but 2 car haulers to make it to its destination.
I haven't quite figured out why the start ETA could be after transit, but I suspect the above could be one factor.
So, as a rule of thumb, shipment date + transit + possible few day buffer = ETA start.
Severe shortage of F450s on the list. Even less with a.s. and other popular options. This could be a long wait but still hoping to get scheduled this week.
Today is the day for my truck! Hopefully the production date populates soon. I see several with sent to plant dates earlier than mine but no production date. Makes me nervous!

Woohoo, the trackers now also show delivered! I'll try to get up there and get a picture!
This is redundant, but I also want to thank you for doing this spreadsheet. It really helped me keep my sanity!
I have repurposed some of the columns on the delivered tab to calculate a few items.
I've calculated the number of days between production and release and the number of days between release and shipment.
I also calculated the number of days the truck was actually in shipment.
Finally I compared the actual number of days in shipment versus the quoted Transit time. I've color coded these columns, which should be self-explanatory.
For the Actual Shipment vs Transit, green indicates it was delivered sooner than the expected transit days, and red indicates it exceeded the transit days (but was likely still delivered before the end ETA that Ford quotes as the ETA).

I think what you see on the tracker is just the take rate of F-450s
On the tracker - 25 of 245 are F-450s = 10.2%
On Unscheduled list - 20 of 174 are F-450s = 11.5%
So not a big difference. The earlier weeks saw fewer F-450s, but they are scheduling them at a good pace now.

If it's being produced today, the trackers won't show that until tomorrow, and it may not be till the end of the day tomorrow, so don't worry if you don't see any action today.
Today I got the email confirming my promotion form unscheduled to scheduled for the week of Sept 13.
Ford IS SCHEDULING XLT with the PTBA and 360 Cameras. (even on 2WD)
I entered my VIN and order code on the submission form but don't see it yet on the spreadsheet. I guess it takes a while.
127 days after the order I finally have a VIN.
Hang in there.

Yep, I see you in the queue. I have to add new submissions between updates so about every 2 hours a batch can be loaded. Yours should appear in about 8:30 EST, but won't pull data for another 90 minutes after that.
