After a couple weeks with the spreadsheet, I am wondering if it appears that estimated Build date or Sent to Plant date is the predominate factor in the actual Build day

Sent to plant. (I actually think Ford's term is "Sent to Production", but I like Sent to Plant better)
If you click the STP tab, you'll see they build them right in STP order, about 7 days after STP date.
Thank you for doing this Phoenixfla, this is my first ford and first vehicle I have ordered so, having one place to see where I am in line helps the anxiety of anticipation.
My dealer text me this afternoon to let me know my truck was showing in Washington and headed to Portland. I'm guessing still on rail. But getting close. It was showing in North Dakota on Wednesday.

Our one and only F-550. What will go in the back of it?
Some of the rail delays could be due to the I-70 closures in Glenwood Canyon in Colorado. This would only affect customers in Southwestern cities.
A friend of mine does rail maintenance in that canyon and they just got it cleaned up enough for trains to get through. Another mudslide could close it again any day. Last year's wildfires decimated the vegetation, which has made for a very harsh mudslide season.

Probably not helping my trucks arrival to Utah. Although, on the Mach-E tracker, it shows my truck arriving in 15 days which started counting down yesterday from 16! It’s going to be a long 2 weeks!

Will be using it for camping with the family mainly. Doing the DBL Designs (https://www.dbldesign.com/) super single conversion w/ 42" Continentals, aluminum flatbed w/ storage and going with either a Host or Northern Lite camper on back. Then towing an 18' flatbed w/ ~5200lb F150 prerunner.
It might be a bit of overkill for what I'm using it for, but with how heavy decent sized truck campers are getting now days and also needing to tow at the same time, the 450 payload capacity was a bit too close to the limit with what I needed. So just went with the 550.
Just got my third email from Ford saying my truck has (finally) been built! The tracker should update soon, and hopefully AlbertaHooter and WhiskeyTango are also getting good news!
I'm now wondering how much validity I/we should be putting into the "production date" shown on the Mach-E tracker. After going back and reading my second email from Ford, it didn't say it was going to be built on July 26th, it said it was scheduled to be built the week of July 26th. I do have a lot of extras on my truck and maybe that pushed the actual date back quite a bit.
At any rate, huge sigh of relief to be "Awaiting Shipment"! Good luck to everyone else!

Wowsers, you'll have to post a bunch of photos when that done. It's going to be bad-***!
