I am an IT Pro and worked extensively with FoMoCo several years ago on a consulting contract. Something to keep in mind is Ford uses IBM Mainframe computer systems (since the 1960's) and these are batch (not real time) systems. This might explain the wonky/ad-hoc updates and the various systems being out of sync. I got an email from Ford that my truck is built and ready for shipment, but, my line on the spreadsheet is blank, web portal, and Mach-E tracker all show different status. Things will sync up as the batch processing jobs are run in sequence.
Thank you for that explanation!!!
Sometimes data will update in the morning, revert back to the old data mid-day and then update again in the evening and hold that data.
Then Sundays are a mess. During the week, I may get an error here and there, but Sundays I'll get 10-20, which results in the blank lines in the spreadsheet.

NP......THANK YOU for doing the spreadsheet bro. I haven't had a Super Duty since the 6.4 days, and ordering a truck during the Covid disaster made me nervous. Having some status was helpful!!
That said, syncing Mainframe on-prem systems @ FoMoCo with mostly cloud based web, email, and messaging applications is cat herding on a good day.....especially on weekends when backups, ERP, batch financials, etc are all running. Some of the young'uns are used to instant, real-time everything.......manufacturing at FoMoCo scale requires big-iron IT to run and it can be somewhat inflexible at times.

Feeling those Sunday blues as mine has dropped out and only shows the info I entered. Was just coming by to ask what happened... Guess this explains it and hopefully next week I become part of the spreadsheet again!
Phoenixfla on the tracker spreadsheet, would it be possible to add an answer key to the far right where the other notes are so the various options listed in columns V through AH are spelled out in plain language? A couple of the abbreviations are not intuitively obvious.

Same exact boat as you; these first world problems are unbearable! ;-)

I've added. You can also look them up in the order guide. I should link to that too.
My truck just joined about 30 trucks at the bottom of the spreadsheet with no data. Most of those trucks have a user supplied build week of 8/23. I’m hoping this is some sort of data issue that occurs before trucks are sent to plant, and I got moved up from the week of 9/6 to 8/23. Purely speculation and hope. I’m prepared to be disappointed. It would be especially convenient since I just made the deal to trade-in my 2016 F250 on 8/25, after I return from my last camping trip. I was planning to be at least a month without a truck, so a couple weeks early would be great.
Hopefully someone here has some insight, as my dealer is less than willing to help me. My truck was completed on 7/28, but has still not shipped. I've checked the JCT PALS portal for shipping info, and it's pretty bare too. Any idea why it's not shipped? All trucks built the same time period as mine on the tracker have been shipped, with several already delivered. Something seem odd, and I cant help but have this feeling that it was scrapped or in an accident or something.

I don't have an answer. Odd that it has a release date. Perhaps check with your dealer. The ETAs seem kinda far out for OH.

I’m in a similar situation. Build day of 8/6. Still haven’t received the built notification others have received. I’m now 11 days post build and no movement. I’m suspicious it has actually shipped with other trucks built around the same time, as my delivery dates are very close to others built the same week and being delivered to my area at about the same time. It has always confused me too that I can have an estimated delivery date if it hasn’t shipped.
