I got the 2500 Rebate from ford, dealer stated that it was just there started 8/1 thru 8/31. Just pure luck came over dealerships computer when my dealer did review when I when to pick it up today. I was told 3 months ago to call the ford order number and request info on super duty 1 800 334 4375. As for any incentives, you have to give phone,address,e mail then they say they will check and mail it. I was told in the back ground they register You for ford rebate. It’s hit or miss. I do not know if that did or who knows. My dealer said no one was getting rebates. I was first rebate they saw on 22 f 250 lariat,7.3, ultimate,power boards,4:30, no UTT I order 3/17/21, took 11 days to travel from Kansas to tx, after build date 7/22
sticker $62.525. - 2500.00 ford rebates plus the dealer gave me 750.00 off at time of order. They told me the just sold f 450 for 10,000 over sticker last week. So I feel luck to get my deal. But I am sure others beat my deal.

Similar. Mine's been sitting at a rail yard 2 hours away from me since last Wednesday! Over a week now sitting just 110 miles away. I did land one of those "Exclusive Cash Rewards" in this period, so that's softened the sting a little. Still...I just want the truck!
That makes me feel less bad, but equally as frustrated that I'm in the same exact position. Truck is 150 miles away at the rail yard just sitting there waiting to be transported to the dealer. I just want my truck. Ridiculous.
So how do the PCO/Exclusive Cash Rewards work between Ford and my dealer? Does Ford offset/reimburse the dealer if used? Or does the dealer just make a reduced commission on the deal?
Asking because I'm already getting about $3k off MSRP for my truck with the offer when I ordered the truck, but I received a PCO a while back for $2500. If this is something that is directly reimbursed to the dealer from Ford, it would be nice to know if I received an pushback from them. Otherwise, if the dealer just has to eat it in their profit on the deal, then I probably wouldn't press the issue since they already gave me what I felt was a good deal and they've been super pleasant to deal with since I ordered back in April.

Its a rebate from Ford, no different from any other rebate except that it only applies to you. No reason for the dealer to push back on it since it doesn't affect their profit.
So they usually get "sent to plant" 7-10 days before they are actually built. Then 1-2 days after that they are released and then 1-5 days later they are shipped. Do you know the scheduled build day?
