Kind of ironic, isn't it?
After my order confirmed email and VIN/estimated build week emails I didn't hear anything. I found out on my own by using the tracker that it had moved to "in production". I didn't hold out much hope that I'd get further updates. But to my surprise I did get emails for when it was built and when it shipped along with the estimated arrival window. You just never know anymore.
When did your estimated arrival or delivery field start to populate?
Well my truck is officially in Greenwood SC, at the CSX railyard. It’s only about 1.5 hours away now from its final destination, before delivery to my dealership.

I received the "shipped" email on 12/13 and the window of 12/22 to 12/28 was contained in that email. I haven't seen a "field" to be populated anywhere on the tracker as far as the tracker providing dates. The tracker just leads off with a generic message that shipping could be anywhere from 12-28 days.

It's inching it's way to you! Maybe you'll get it for a Christmas present.
Poncho and others trying to add their trucks to FordPass before they receive it. I was having the same issue as you all have been having. You manually type in the VIN and it says not working try back later or something like that. I found a way to create the bar code that is on the door jam that you can just scan with your phone. I just tried it and it allowed me to add my truck that is still at GFX. Hope it works for all of you: Ford Mach-E Reservation Details Viewer (seg.fyi)
Thanks for that tip. The app found the truck with this method. I added it and left it at that. I doubt it would activate, and what would be the sense when I have no idea where the truck is and I don't own it yet?
The highlighted item below is what I was referring to. Sounds like that information didn't generate until you got your built or shipper email confirmation?

to activate it, you have to have access to the truck and confirm activation on the display in the truck.
that's fantastic. The only thing worse than no information is bad information.
has the date on the bottom of the window sticker changed for you since it has been put on hold? My just updated to 12/17, not sure it means anything since it’s still showing in production, just wondering.
I was finally able to pull Window Sticker for the first time yesterday. It still will not pull from the Ford website. But regardless I have it. (And I think it’s already built not yet shipped)
After looking it over it shows that that it has an 8” productivity screen. I pulled up a few other windows from vehicles sitting on lots and they too all have 8” screens listed on window sticker.
arent these 22MY suppose to have 12” sync 4 systems?
The truck i have coming is a Lariat Sport if that matters.

curious what other show.
Look under functional, a column to the right. It should show the 12”.

I had the same questions when I saw my WS the first time. But, you are probably GTG. The 8" screen is the one in your instrument panel. If you look on the WS you should see something that says something like "SYNC®4 W/EVR & 12" SCREEN " - that is the iPad-type screen you are looking on your dash where the old SYNC screen was.

Well, to be honest I haven't paid attention to that portion you highlighted because it's been blank all along. But after reading your post I checked in again and the tracker is saying 12/28.

yeah, my date changed to 12/17 yesterday. Nothing else changed. I figure its probably going to be stuck until after the shutdown at this point. It makes it a little tricky to try and sell my truck when I have no clue when to expect the new one.

It’s probably BS, but my dealer said that the shut down won’t effect the trucks that are built and are awaiting a chip. It feels like a lip service but what else can we do in this process except staying optimistic.
