You're not alone. I'm still waiting on a logical explanation on why trucks produced the next day (11/27) and later were shipped.
Ditto. My truck was in production on 11/24. The Window Sticker updated on 11/29, 12/6, and 12/13 (every Monday). I was told that date only changes if there is an update to the truck during production. But as far as I know from my dealer, it is still sitting offsite, awaiting chip(s). So close but yet so far...
The train system isn’t very efficient. But, it’s getting closer! 🤣 It’s now sitting at the CSX rail yard in Georgia. From Kentucky to Georgia in 3 or 4 days. Not too bad.

Hope mine can get to Alabama as quick because I just got the email that it has been built with an expected delivery date of 12/21 to 12/27! Color me skeptical again even though I have been wrong about a lot of things, but how can it get delivered that quick. Who can blame one's skepticism after reading all the horror stories about delays. Hopefully it will happen I will be eating more crow!
(My theory about why the dealer reported built and moved off-site per VVR - may not have been "chips" at all -... 3rd party installation of side steps/rock sliders which are standard on Plat Tremors. GFX is reported to not do wheel well liners - also standard on Plat - but no info about steps/sliders)

my eta to my dealer is 1/1/22.
But it’s already in Georgia, like 2 hours away. I’m hoping by this weekend, or early next week.
Window sticker date changed from 12/7 to 12/14. Still says in production. Changed from convoy to rail with 2 different ramp codes. Could this mean it's starting to get built?

How far out from your emailed built date did they product your window sticker?
I supposedly have a 12/20 build, but still no sticker.
Anyone care to comment on the reliability of the rail system and Ford's provided ETA end delivery date? My shipping notification email from Ford says between 22nd and 28th. Ford tracker shows 28th. I'm going thru the Chicago railyard then I'm guessing? convoy into middle Wisconsin.
Long story short is its the holidays... and I'm wondering if its a truly realistic projection or if I need to temper my expectations because they rarely hit the dates.
Experiences welcomed!

I had the build week of 12/20 as well. Tracking showed "In Production" on Mon but was unable to get the WS through the Ford tracker, I was able to get it through MachE yesterday. Ford still is not showing the WS.

Of course nothing is in stone and different people have had different experiences. But the common wisdom is that when the bottom date changes, you're 7-8 days away from your build.
In my case original build week was 11/29. Pushed back to week of 12/6. The date at the very bottom was 12/4. Next thing I knew the bottom date had changed to 12/11 and the truck was built that day. I was notified on 12/12 of the build and then notified again 12/13 that it had shipped. Delivery to dealer is estimated to be from 12/22-12/28. I haven't bothered bugging them for a rail car number. I'll wait it out.
Wide variation in customer experiences.
Frustrating is having a truck that was built three weeks ago, that
has been parked waiting for a " chip " ever since!
End of delivery window was today, no new estimated delivery date.
Hold my beer!
Truck was built 10/19 arrived at railyard 10/21 scheduled to arrive at dealer 11/3. didn't leave railyard until 11/20 last update was passing someplace in Georgia 11/21. No updates since!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I passed frustrated a month ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I also have a 12/20 production date. The Ford tracking site would not show the window sticker.
But the Mach E site "https://seg.fyi/mache-vin/#/details" showed my window sticker with a STP 12/13/21.
