I am sure I am not the only one who’s been on chip hold and got the good news last night. If you haven’t I am sure it’s coming. I was built on the 13th Dec and on hold off site for chip since then, but she is finally finished and awaiting shipment. Hang in there, it’s coming.
Mine went to "In Production" on 12-9, was scheduled for the week of 12-13. I haven't received any emails since the "scheduled for production" email a few weeks ago. The date on the bottom of my WS changed from 12-10 to 12-17, but hasn't changed since.
Last month my dealer said he had a date of 12-22, but he didn't know if that was the estimated delivery date or build date. at this time I am thinking it is a build date or ship date. I believe my truck is going to GFX due to the 5th wheel prep package. I removed the spray in bed liner 3 months ago and a week later it showed scheduled for production.
Still no emails on anything from Ford. Maybe my truck will be here in January?
ordered 7-29, Confirmed on 8-2, then scheduled for 10-11, 10-18, 11-8, then 12-13.
The last email I received was that my truck was built. However, the dealer called and said its getting prepped now. So that was 60 days from order to delivered to dealer......too bad I had to make an adjustment to the build and order a second one. Hopefully that will be delivered in the next 6 weeks.
Still hasn't arrived at the last CSX railyard before it hits my dealer. I thought it would be there by now. The rail yards are literally 1 hour a part from eachother. LOL

I'm in the same boat as you.
Ordered my F350 on 06/25 - has been delayed a total of 6 times since ordered.
Finally went into its first IN PRODUCTION queue on 12/09, then Blue Oval Forums told me it was re-rescheduled for IN PRODUCTION on 12/17.
I have NO CLUE what is going on. Do not think the dealer does either, or even gives a S#!T about my order anymore.
The dealer had no update for me today when I asked. I found out more info about my order from Blue Oval Forums in an hour last Friday than the dealer has provided me in the past several months.
Regarding updates, the inventory manager failed to give FORD my email address when the order was put in...thus I get zero emails from FORD on progress like a lot of you get.
Dealer is about as useless as mammary glands on a bull.
Anyway, I suspect the KY plant is shut down for its scheduled shutdown until January, at this point.
The way it's going I MIGHT have my truck finally by the end of January, early February.
All the while my "brand new" fifth wheel continues to sit in the back of the RV dealer lot....unused.
Frustrated but I have no recourse to make anything happen.
Thanks, that's helpful. It's sorta what I'm guessing. That maybe today it was loaded onto a rail car to begin the journey. As stated, I don't plan on trying to find the rail tracking info. At this point it gets here when it gets here.
I'm guessing my date change on 12/17 was also the day I actually "shipped" vs. the notification that I got on the 13th. Built 12/10, shipping notification 12/13, actual WS date update was 12/10 to 12/17.

Your dealer should be able to give you some insight on if it's shipped and rail car information I believe. If you were so inclined to continue the detailed tracking.

My truck is currently in Birmingham, AL (after stops in Louisville and Nashville). I live in Montgomery, AL. Montgomery dealer says most of their deliveries come from Atlanta, GA. CSX does not have a track from Birmingham to Atlanta. I guess it will go through Columbus, GA before it goes to Atlanta. Maybe by Ford's ETA of 12/31.
