Was it you or someone else that has their truck going down the street from the factory for an add on? Maybe that's holding it up if it was your truck.

not sure if the tornadoes in KY effected shipping. But mine supposedly shipped on Friday. I’m sure I’ll see it sooner than 12/26. The train yard from my dealer is only 15 mins away. My salesman told me what yard the trucks get dropped off at.

Same here. Got the truck is built email Sunday afternoon but I think it was actually built on Saturday. One day later I also got the shipped email. Was actually surprised because update emails really didn't come around much after the one with VIN an approximate build date.

I am going to reach out to my dealer today, and see if they will give me the train car information.

Yeah, this is at least Day 3 of no tracking from Ford. Their internet game is pretty poor.

Anyone have any idea why my truck was built on the 10th, shipped as of this morning's email, but delivery is Jan 4-10, 2022? from KY to MS....seems kinda crazy to me... hell i would drive and get it today....lol Of course all the tracking sites are down and I have no idea how to find out what train or car my truck is in on the train to track it through the railroad. Is there another way to track the train?

Would be great to find out how to get progress emails from Ford on my build. I have not gotten a single email from them at all on anything regarding my truck. Yet dealer tells me they submitted my email info when my order was submitted. I feel so totally left out in the dark with this whole build process. Also, as of a few minutes ago the online tracker was still non-responsive. Maybe later this morning it'll be brought back to life. Thanks...

My truck was shipped to NY on 11/29. Still waiting. Estimated delivery window ends tomorrow. Delivery is just another possible disaster. I have had at least 5 or 6 week delays along the way. Truck was sent to factory on 11/1.

I queried my dealer about a Limited that was showing as being there. It WAS a green Special Order window sticker, and I asked them if it was a cancellation that finally made it there. But it wasn’t.
