I have my drone. I’m headed to the rail yard this week, to fly it around a little bit and see if I can see my truck anywhere. It’s a giant car lot, so we shall see. 🤣
F-350 ordered June 25th - delayed 8 times - finally completed its build on my Granddaughter's birthday - a few days before Christmas.
Found out on Christmas Eve that my truck had shipped, just no shipment info available.
Finally got info from the dealer this morning on the CSX railroad car it was shipped on. Actually sent me a screenshot of my truck's VVR.
Do not think he liked the tone of my text message...been a long, aggravating, info-lacking 6 months waiting on this truck to get DONE. No particular person or organization to point a finger at, but communication between FORD - Dealerships - and Customers sucks and the lack of anyone taking charge and making an effort to fix it is seriously lacking.
Called the CSX info line this morning and they said it was headed to Baldwin, FL today.
Just called them back this evening and they said it arrived in Baldwin, FL this evening around 6:30!
Now, it goes East to the rail yard in Jacksonville, FL then onto a transport truck to the dealer here in St. Augustine.
I'll call them back in the AM and see if anything has changed.
It would be great to have this thing by the time I go back to work next week, but I'm not holding my breath.
We'll see...
Does the train automated info update once it’s out for delivery to dealer?
Or once it’s “constructably placed”, that’s all you’re gonna get?
I'm hoping it updates every time the truck moves, up to the point that it gets to me here.
All I keep getting today when I call CSX is that it arrived last night at the rail yard about 75 miles away and there is no ETA.
It still has to get to Jacksonville then loaded on a truck and brought down here to St. Augustine.
Truck built on Dec 26
Shipped Dec 27
I used the CSX automated phone system and it was really pretty easy.
Headed straight North to Avon, IN. Must be a transfer point rail yard -- I hope because it's headed in the exact opposite direction. Destination is Houston.
Cross posted. Anyone tell me what step in shipping this is..if anything?
Mine looked like that and had pending on the right side window. It never changed, even after delivery. My similar info as yours showed up after it was shipped from factory.

yup i turned my phone sideways and it says pending. Driving me insane waiting.

At least it shipped. Mine is on “Chip Hold” until at least when KTP reopens on the 17th. Then another 30 in shipping before I will see it. I will be at 7 months order to delivery if it makes it by the end of February.
does that mean it's been shipped though? The lack of information doesn't have me confident in anything.
I'm in NY
My truck was shipped from the factory when that showed up. I am also from NY. Your truck goes to Lordstown Ohio and will be trucked to your dealer. NY deliveries usually take around 10 to 15 days. I thought the fields would populate when the truck left the railyard but it didn't. Hope you get your truck soon.
