Placed my order 2 weeks ago. No updates as of yet, besides my initial order placement email from Ford. (I have my order number and priority code. But that’s it)
looks like some people don’t wait long at all for their trucks, while others have been waiting 6+ months. 🤦🏻♂️😬
Did you or your salesman get the email with “Customer Order Verification Program“
in the subject line?
it would have said something like:
CUSTOMER ORDER VERIFICATION PROGRAM
Claim Status - APPROVED
you would know and usually your dealership, either after or right when your order is submitted, your dealer will need a copy of your drivers license and your email address. He submits those two things and the order number to the Ford Customer Order Verification Program.

they took my drivers license and email. That’s how I got the email from Ford.

just haven’t had an update in the 2 weeks since I ordered. But I also wasn’t really expecting any updates this early either.
yep you have it all under control then. In the next week you might get the, we assigned you a Production Week
things have been a little crazy as of late though getting so close to the holidays.
that’s when I just decided to stay alert and stay patient. And I did a lot of time reading. lol

whats strange to me is that I got the first “order confirmed” email the day after I placed my order. 15 minutes later I got a scheduled build week of 10/25. Nice, I thought. 5 days later I got a schedule change of 11/1. Still not bad. When we went into a week after it was scheduled and nothing changed, I emailed my dealer. The dealer told me it had been rescheduled for 12/6. Ok, but I still have not seen an email from Ford since October 5. Why the lack of communication? Kind of irritating to be honest.
Well, I'm at the mercy of my dealer to give me updates since they screwed up my email on the order and say they can't fix it (sounds bogus to me). No word from them in a couple of weeks. First had build week of 11/1, then 10/25, then 11/1, then 11/8, then 11/15. Tracker still shows me as being "in order processing", so I assume I've been bumped again. The weird thing is now that on the spreadsheet most of my data is just missing. Who knows what that means.
