ok I got my window sticker yesterday. And I have a build week of 12/6. So mine should be built any day.

Sort the spreadsheet by "STP" (Sent to Plant date) and it suggests that "Production Date" is anywhere from 7 - 13 days out from there. Your STP date is 11/30, suggesting production somewhere between 12/9 - 12/17, assuming the trend continues which may not be a valid assumption based on recent comments here and assuming a 5-day workweek.
I submitted my information early this morning but have yet to see it updated on the spreadsheet. I keep looking under the Order Date. Should I be looking somewhere else on the tracker to find my information or does it just take a few days to show up?

Remember, this only relates to vehicles not yet scheduled. Therefore, if you are on the 2022 Tracking Spreadsheet, you should be good. Those on the unscheduled spreadsheet, is another story.

I have an F350 on order placed on 11/2. Today, when I checked the status it shows "In production," with an STP of 11/30. Also, I now have a window sticker available to view. However, when I just tried to double check status on the Ford Tracker website I get this message: "We're sorry. We are unable to process this Order. Please enter a valid Ford Order/VIN."
Is the system just updating? Or could there be a problem with the order?

That happens periodically. Probably updates or something. I am getting the same thing at this time. Try again tomorrow and it should be fine.

Happens quite regularly in my experience. Don't lose any sleep over it. It'll bounce back in a day or two.
