QQ for all you expert production trackers out there. My 2022 F250 LARIAT Tremor was Sent to the Plant on 11/16 and Scheduled for Production on 11/24. The Ford Vehicle Order Tracking Status website (https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking/status) still says it is In Production (11/24). As of yesterday, I am no longer able to pull up the Window Sticker thru that website and is telling me to "Please check back later and that the window sticker has not yet been released for this vehicle". However, when I check it thru the Mach-E website (https://seg.fyi/mache-vin/#/details), I can see the Window Sticker and the date at the very bottom has changed from 11/29/01 to 12/06/01.
Not sure what is going on. I assume some glitch in the Ford system, similar to what is happening with the data pull for the google doc and how folks are seeing the wrong options on their truck orders.
I'm just hoping that Ford didn't "pull" my truck and give it to another customer. I already have a VIN and Production Date. I'm scheduled for delivery between 12/20 and 12/27 (hopefully sooner).
I've contacted the dealership but have yet to hear back. Think I might swing by tomorrow.
Any thoughts?
I wouldn't take glitches on the tracker too seriously. "pulling trucks and giving to someone else" isnt something the plant does. That is only something shady dealers do after the truck has been delivered.
The tracker has definitely been acting up lately, i dont know the full extent of the issue but mine has been showing as sitting in an intermediate rail yard 2000 miles away since the 23rd. Its Scheduled for Delivery on the 14th. Im hoping its not actually still sitting there.
will they ever come back? Or are they done for good?
No one here can answer that as no one here knows why they are down. It could legitimately be a server issue. I work in IT for a large company and that does happen. Or, Ford has removed access for whatever reason. It wouldn't surprise me that the dealerships were getting frustrated by people calling them with a "I see other trucks with the same config getting built" complaint and ford removed the access. There is a reason why Ford doesn't have an externally accessible dashboard or they probably would. Only time will tell if they come back up but I wouldn't hold my breath. It is unfortunate and kudos to PhoenixFLA for all the hardwork he has done. Fingers crossed I am wrong.

damn that sucks. My truck is gonna be built one day this week. Hopefully they email me then. Because even the Ford tracker isn’t working right for me 🙄🤦🏻♂️
I'm wondering with the trackers down, If I will even know when my truck does get built. I might just have to call my dealer like once a week and have them check on it.

It is uncertain at this time how accurate that tracker is as it is showing incorrect packages and accessories for many people. A lot of folks are indicating that it shows a Tremor package added even though one wasn't ordered. I would recommend using it with caution.

It works for me, to a certain extent. It is no longer showing my Baja leather interior. And it is showing me ordering a Tremor. Which I didn't order. So it's been showing weird crap for the last 3 or 4 days now.
It's also not showing the interior photos of my truck anymore like it used to do. Now it's only a couple of random exterior photos. Nothing on the interior. So I have no damn clue.
My truck (F250 Lariat Tremor w/Black Appearance Package in Carbonized Grey Metallic) shipped from the plant on 10/28/21. Delivery to my dealership was estimated to be 11/26/21. On 11/26/21, my truck was in Illinois. I wish there was a better way to track our vehicles once they leave the plant and are placed on the railcar. Even the automated telephone updates are outdated. Of the entire ordering process, this has to be the most frustrating...transit. Before the spreadsheet data disappeared, my order is #1 for taking the longest time to be delivered to WA. Today I'm at 40 days in transit. Ugh.

Oh damn. I hope it gets there soon!
Mine is going from kentucky down to SC. So that should be a quick delivery. I hope.

My truck has been in transit for almost 2 months!
Ordered 8/1
Received order confirmation 8/3
Built on 10/19
Shipped on 10/20 with an estimated ETA of 11/2 to 11/9
Received at Norfolk Southern railway 10/20
Shipped via Norfolk Southern 11/19 Passing (Norfolk Southern Corp ) Sprstscan, GA 11/21
Still shows the same thing today 12/7
It sat in a railyard for a month and now it is sitting on a track in Georgia for the past 3 weeks.
It still has to make it to a railyard in New Orleans then get on a truck to my dealer 3 hours away.
Dealer says it is out of their hands, there is no one they can call, nothing they can do.
I only thought the wait while it was being processed and built was a long time! Frustrated to say the least at this point.

I couldn't agree more. Sounds like our trucks are doing a lot of sitting in transit while the railroads get their ***** together!

I hope so, too! Crazy thing... a truck that shipped 3 weeks AFTER mine only took like 12 days in transit and was delivered last week in WA. Blows my mind how that is possible.
Hopefully your truck doesn't take too long in transit. Fingers crossed!
