If taking delivery at the plant was an option, buyers would beat a path to the door. Where do you see that delivery can be made at the factory?
I don't. I'm sure there's options, but would take some research. And there's dealers in the area who would probably be more than willing to work with folks. I also saw on the tracking spreadsheet before it went dark, there was an order out of KY with zero days in transit and showed delivered... unless there was some missing data. (:

Your local dealer could arrange with a dealer close to the plant for you to take delivery (all done at the beginning of the sale), but buyers can't pick up their vehicles at the plant. Having two dealers involved would definitely not be an improvement...
Any idea on how long of a setback that will be on a truck I just ordered last night? It’s a lariat ultimate Dually with the 5th wheel prep and spray in bed liner.
I have the same truck coming. But I cancelled the fifth wheel kit/hitch and spray bed liner. I wasn't willing to wait 6 months for that stuff.
I ordered 11/2, got a build week of 12/6, got my window sticker on 11/30. So my truck is being built basically as we speak. If I didn't cancel those options, I'd be waiting months.
I just had dealer pull the VVR for my truck. My truck is scheduled to be built on Sunday the 12th. As your was sent to plant same time as mine, you probably have Sunday as build day too.
Mine was sent to plant on 11/30, a few days before you guys. I'm hoping it's built now, or will be any day. I'm getting excited. haha

Its not possible to pick up at the plant. the plant isnt open to the public. There is no "talking your way into it". They build 8000+ trucks a week, and aren't interested in dealing special arrangements for 1 truck.
That one that showed 0 days was likely a local dealership. It would still be transported to that dealership where the customer would take delivery.
A screenshot from another forum, apparently by the Mach E site creator. Looks like I have an available space in the bookmarks bar at the top of my browser. Just ditched Mach E.

Looks like I'll call my dealer again on friday and check for updates.
Sorry to be so repetitive, but Ford still not working for me. Now it's not showing any images of my truck at all. So I doubt it's actually giving me any correct information at all. I'll give it a few more days, and than call my dealer.
