@Phoenixfla This is interesting... My truck went In Production on 11/15. I estimated an 11/23 build day. In all the Mach-E, my own tracker, etc... nothing has updated. But in the Ford order tracking system it now shows the "In Production" DATE of 11/22 where before that date was blank. It also shows an estimated delivery of 12/12.
Clearly there is some delay on information making out to the externally facing servers. Anyway, you may have already seen the timings of data flow, and I'll capture exactly (within 5 mins) when it shows in the public facing json data. But for people wanting up to the minute, or even up to the day data, it seems the Ford Vehicle Order Tracking has an inside track.
Auto updates are no longer working. I'm having to manually kick off updates several times a day. The Spreadsheet therefore will have old data each morning until the refresh starts and finishes.
I need to look more into why auto updates are not working. Or an alternative to my Json importer.
Is the number circled in red the "Customer's Order Number" that is used to populate the shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking website and the 2022 Tracking Spreadsheet data submission form?
If not, what specifically do I tell the dealer to look for. I asked them for the "Customer's Order Number" to use on the Vehicle Order Tracking site and this is what they gave me. Doesn't work. I also got an error on the Tracking Spreadsheet with direction to resubmit. I suspect the Order Number to be the culprit as well.
The number circled in your attachment showed 4 numbers. Mine starts with a letter and then 3 numbers. I have not seen anyone else's order number so I have no idea if they're all set up the same way or not.
If yours is correct, it may just be Ford's tracking site not being updated or just plain not functioning at all at the time you tried. I've experienced that several times. So have others. Pretty crappy internet presence for a mulit billion dollar company, to include FordPass in my opinion.

And to add on... yes, that is your order number, but you also need your VIN. If you didn't get an email from Ford then your dealer would give you the VIN. Although I think you can go on the unscheduled list prior to the VIN.

Nice call. I didn't even look his attachment over close enough to notice there was no VIN!
All of my information on the spreadsheet from column B to Q went missing except for build week and sent to plant date. Now I'm at the bottom of the spread sheet should I be worried about this

Usually a 1 time error in data retrieval. Should correct with next update.

Thank you for all the work you're putting into this spreed sheet!

Got a VIN last week from Ford via email so I am beginning to wonder about the order number.
Just clicked on the "Track My Order" button in my "Scheduled For Production" email and the fields were populated. Order number on the dealer build sheet was not what Ford used. Build sheet had 1109, which was the date the document was created. Ford used 1110, which corresponds with the date the order was placed.

Reason: Update with new information. 11/25/2021
Yeah, that's strange. I thought most order numbers were letter - number - number - letter. X##X format. So that does look strange. But that field is definitely where my order number is. I'd suppose you would need to tell your dealer you are having a hard time tracking it and have them help you out.
Your on there and data populated. Around line 343 of Production tab.
Thanks again for all your hard work Phoenix! I'm not sure what's going on. Maybe I need to clear my browser cache to be honest. I see myself on there originally via 'production date... but when use the "sort by order date" tab.. I lose a large chunk of trucks and no longer show up via my 10/8 order date. (372 lines of info on product date, only 325 lines of info on order date)
Such a useful tool when researching commodities (musts vs wants) etc. Kudos to you

Same as mine. Mine was shipped and dealer tracked the rail car to the yard near me last thursday. truck still has not made it to the dealer(60mi trip) and now all the info disappeared on the spreadsheet.
