Trimmed my dust shield and all is well. Whenever I get down to the knuckles I will just get rid of the dust shields. They only seem to either rust out, or trap rocks between the rotor and it.
Lame update, next week is valve springs and push rod install

Since you're gonna have the valve covers off anyway.....
Are you gonna look into spraying bedliner on the covers
Or go all the way and nab those billet mama jamas and let us peasants know how they do.

Aluminum is too rich for my blood! I would like to eventually get a set of the new SD units and spray them..

It sweats a little bit at the front under the LPOP. No issues yet with the dip stick area.

No point in SD UVCH for these trucks. Just replace stock ones. The first ones lasted this long. Want Superduty benefits? Get a Superduty....

Yep. I have new stockers and posted that Alliant repair kit so no harness hackery needed.
