The camper came with a Furrion Wireless already mounted. The camera would no longer sync to the screen unit. I removed the Furrion and was able to re-use the large hole to run the Ford camera wire through.
I got in behind the sound bar and TV to run the wire down to floor level.
In the bottom corner cabinet to the right of the TV I poled the wire out and down through the floor in to the storage compartment below. Once in the storage compartment I ran it along under the floor above as far forward as I could. I dropped it through the floor into the area where the stabilizer is behind the rear wheel. From there ran it along the frame rail into the propane compartment, to the battery compartment. That is where I connected to the harness to the pin box.
I drilled a 3/4” hole behind the steel around the pin box. I was able to snake the harness above the skin into the battery compartment.
nice job. is that a Montana 3790/91? We have a 2015 3791. With the new 2020 F450 I got the trailer TMPS kit without the camera mostly because I didn't want so ugly wire running down the back of the trailer, but your install makes me with I had ordered the camera kit.

Very nice job. Getting harness down through the rear cap and from the pin box to the battery compartment look like the tough parts.
Definitely. Snaking down inside the rear wall was the most time consuming. From the pin box to the battery compartment wasn’t as bad. All together it was easily 6 hours of work.

But now that you have all that experience it should only take you like 3 hours to do mine. When can you come by?
has anyone gotten their 2020 wiring harness and 6 TPMS sensors yet?
That's a great question. I'd also like to know the part number if it exists. I've asked the parts department at two different Ford dealership about this new kit and they've never heard of it.

My dealer stated no new info or parts would be available before May 8th. They were told Job 1 trucks were sent out without the camera kits & the kits are a Job 2 item. No part # yet for the camera kit’s also.

With the factory shut down due to COVID-19, who knows when they will really come out. At this point the only solution if you need it now is to get the 2017-19 kit and had Nichols make you one. https://nicholsmanufacturingandweldi...camera-sysytem
You will need to send them the 12-pin Backup Assist and the 2017-2019 Y-harness. They have some stock of harnesses and the other items like sensors, modules, etc., so you should check with them if you can't get the old kit. They are good people
With their help, I have assembled a kit and sent it to the RV Factory for my new Luxe trailer build. I did test it and everything worked OK.
That would be sweet to get it integrated into the trailer before the anything else goes on.
Yes, I don't want to be drilling holes in a brand new trailer! As the trailer will be 42', I also sent them a 10 ft. camera extension cable supplied by Nichols. It will be great to arrive at the factory to pickup the trailer and just plug in the system. As the 450 does not have TPMS for the truck, I have decided to use the standard TPMS system supplied by the RV Factory (the TST internal system) and put the TST sensors on my truck, so as I didn't need the Ford TPMS sensors. I have sent my sensors to Nichols as part of the deal, so if anyone needs some, they have a few.
