This looks like the 2 kits that I received from my dealer minus the camera and camera extension cable.
Did you receive the backup assist/yaw sensor kit with your truck?
It's hard to tell from the photo but the Y-harness that you received is probably for a camera and TPMS but it could be for TPMS and yaw sensor with no camera connection. If you have the yaw sensor, see if it will connect to the harness. If not you will need the new harness assembly from Ford or Nichols.
You will probably want to get the kit from Nichols with the extension cable and mounting plate for the 7/12-pin connector in the bed. You already have the connector, so you don't need that part of their kit.
That is a great deal for $55! The TPMS sensors alone sell for $85 each. It is also interesting that Ford shipped it directly to you. I wonder if the rest of us will get a "surprise package"?
Based on the picture of the Addendum he provided, it looks like Ford's expecting you to use the bumper for the Camera/TPMS and the in-bed for the YAW, so I wouldn't be holding my breath waiting for Ford to provide an all-in-one cable any time soon. Looks like Nichol's is going to be the way to go for the short term if you want all 3 AND really don't want to hang the cord over the tailgate.

There is only one 12 pin connection on my truck and that is in the bed. The bumper connection has the 7 pin with a 4 pin flat connector beneath it. The housings look the same but they are different.

I think the kit Mike Ski received has a bumper replacement connector to change it to a 7/12 pin, and also includes a 7 to 4-flat adapter.

The kit comes with another 7/12 that you swap in place of the 7/4 in the bumper.

There is only one 7/12-pin connector possible on the truck. If you ordered the 5th wheel prep, you get in mounted in the bed and a 7/4-pin connector below the bumper.
If you did not order the 5th wheel prep, you get nothing in the bed and a 7/4-pin below the bumper with a harness for the 12-pin up under the truck near the spare tire.
The Ford kit comes with a 7/12-pin connector that you can use to replace the 7/4-pin under the bumper and connect to the harness under the truck and a 7-pin to 4-pin adapter.
Both the Camera/TPMS and YAW sensor need to connect to the one and only 12-pin connector.
So if I have the 5th wheel prep with the 7/12 in the bed, I won't have a place to plug the new 7/12 bumper swap-out connectors into (i.e., the existing 7/4 harness won't connect to the new bumper 7/12 connector). I'd have to unplug the bed 12-pin and somehow make it reach to the new bumper 7/12, if that's even possible? What a mess.....

i am not sure what you are trying to do.
If you have the 5th wheel prep and want to tow a bumper tow trailer with a camera and or TPMS, then yes you would need to move the connector to bumper area, the harness should be long enough for that. A bumper tow trailer does not use the YAW sensor, so you don't need to worry about that.

I will add that the statement in the notice is wrong in the fact that the previous year camera/TPMS package does not need to be connected to the bumper 12-pin, it works just fine when plugged into the bed 12-pin connector. i have tried this and it works.

Sorry, I should elaborate. I have the 5th wheel prep, but I have a bumper tow trailer presently. I wanted the factory installed 5th wheel for future use and/or resale. I also ordered the (then) $55 option for trailer TPMS, and I would like to use it for my bumper tow. If I understand what you just said, I should be able to change the factory bumper 7/4 connector to the kit's 7/12, unplug the bed 12 pin (since I won't need it for the 5th wheel yaw sensor until I actually get a 5th wheel) and plug it into the new 7/12 in the bumper. I can then plug the TPMS into the bumper 12 pin, along with the trailer 7 pin into the bumper 7 pin, and I'm in business. At such time that I get a 5th wheel and want to utilize the yaw sensor for the backup system (if ever) I'd need to switch the harness plug back to the bed, and then would still need to figure out how to plug in the TPMS, probably requring a Nichols adaptor or equivalent, since at this time there doesn't appear to be a way to have an active 12-pin in the bed AND in the bumper at the same time. Does this sound about right?

I think that the Addendum is confusing.
So, when you get the one in the bed, the one over the spare tire isn't there? If so, then yes, the Addendum is wrong. But if the connector is present over the spare AND you have the one in the bed, then the addendum suggest that you can install the bumper one to the connector over the spare and run BOTH the bumper one and the bed one at the same time. Of course, I don't have a '20, and you do, so I'll defer to your actual experience instead.

Yes, you got it.
Hopefully, by the time you get a 5th wheel, Ford will have the correct harness to connect the yaw sensor and camera/TPMS to one 12-pin connector.
I suspect that is will be pretty easy to disconnect the harness from the back of the bed 12-pin and move it to the bumper location. When you do that I would advise putting a cord on the harness when you drop it down so you can use the cord to pull it back up later.
I ordered my truck in October with the $55 TPMS option. I didn't get any additional accessories when it was delivered. Since it was only $55 I figured it was only a software thing that gave me the ability to add the kit latter. I never gave it much thought. Anyway the UPS guy dropped off a package for from Ford last night.
This is exactly what I received (as pictured as above). My box came with the 2020 Addendum Instructions along with the 2017 Instructions that included the following two pages (below).
I only ordered the Trailer TPMS option and the fifth-wheel option, so both my connectors currently on the truck are 7/4 at the bumper and a 7/4 in the bed. For now I only have a bumper-pull trailer and plan to install the 7/12 connector at the bumper. I received 4 TPMS Sensors as indicated in the "Trailer TPMS Only Kit" column. Guess if I ever need more, I will have to order. For $55 all-in, I can't complain.

Are you sure that the connector in the bed is a 7/4?
That seams strange.

Thank you so much for sharing this with us. I'm looking for the Trailer TPMS only kit for my 2020 Superduty. When I look at the parts you received, this looks like the TPMS only kit but the label on the box says "Camera" in several places. I don't see the camera in the parts you shared. I'm confused! Is this Ford part # HC3J-1A515-BC the Trailer TPMS only kit for 2020 Superduty models? Also, are the TPMS sensors in this kit the smaller .452" diameter like those in the 2017-2019 kit?
I found the pigtail for the bumper mounted 12 pin connector.
So I’m working with a 2020 F450. All trailer tow and camera options. I came from a 2017 similarly equipped truck. I pull a travel trailer (bumper pull) that is wired with the TPMS and camera kit that came with the 2017.
I went to add the 7/12 connector to the bumper and went looking for the 12 pin harness under the truck to route to the back of the 7/12. Found the connector that goes up to the in-bed port and didn’t see any others that could be used for the bumper. There is a significant spider of wires under there and I thought I followed them all. I figured I would need to disconnect the one going to the in-bed port and route the vehicle harness to the bumper port, but the vehicle harness would not reach. Now what do I do?
Now I’m researching the plug style. Molex MX150. Figuring out where I can buy two female connectors and one male connector so I can fabricate a wye connector to solve my problem and still be able to use both the bumper and in-bed ports without having to go underneath and swap between the two. I checked one last time and found the dedicated bumper 12 pin harness above the spare. You CAN have both the in-bed and bumper plugs wired for the 7 and 12 pin ports at the same time.
What this means for all those bumper pull guys waiting for the proper 2020 TPMS/Camera kit, or the stand alone TPMS or stand alone camera kit, to arrive is that the 2017-2019 kit will work. The 2017-2019 kit will come with the additional 7/12 port for the bumper, replacing the original 7/4 port. At that point the truck is ready for all options. Just wire your trailer as you see fit.
Disclaimer: I haven’t hooked up to my trailer yet. But, based on my findings and what Montana has already proven, I have complete faith it will work fine.
Here’s some pictures of the connectors behind the bumper:
What it looks like underneath. The connector with the white and purple wires coming out of it just below the large white label is the 12 pin harness going to the in-bed port. Leave this one alone. Here’s the connector that goes to the bumper plug. Tucked up above the spare where you can’t see it. It’s held in place with a matching cap plug to keep it sealed if not used. Disconnect it from the cap and route it to the bumper. Here it is pulled down so you can see what it looks like. It’s late and raining now, so I didn’t install the bumper plug yet. The connector will end up fitting right below the large 7 pin connector in the upper right corner of the photo.
