not sure if I did this properly but these were readings after I tried to start then pushed play after on forscan app. Only cranked for about 5 secs but results did not fluctuate other than the EBP going from 4.1 to 0 up and down.
I'm not familiar with the phone version of Forscan but I think you need to push Play before you start cranking. Try it again and get cranking numbers. If your ICP and IPR numbers turn out okay, the next worry is your high non-cranking EBP number and why your GPCM is reporting zero current to the glowplugs. Has the GPCM been changed at all?

Your icp is plugged in right?
click on the icp and change to psi, also add the fuel pulse width, fpw and rpm. Screen show while cranking
He's in Canada. PSI doesn't compute. I agree with your observation about ICP though. I also wonder why EBP is reading so high without cranking.

yea icp is plugged in. Have new harness I installed so wiring should not be an issue.
P1000 just means data recently clears or battery unhooked. no biggie.
for the no start issue.
what maintenance did you do in the valley ?
obviously the no start is related to the work you performed, if you did oil galley plugs or lines then it is going to be oil feed/injector related, if it was fuel bowl or lines then it will be fuel feed/ injector related.
or it could be as simple as you knocked loose or didnt plug in a electrical sendor... such ad the IPR
any thoughts on what pids I should be focusing on with code reader ?
What new harness? The whole engine harness. IRRC The IPR connector and the EBPV connector can be confused and hooked up to the wrong component.
yes the main engine wiring harness. I will confirm they are hooked up to correct spots but the layout is somewhat straight forward based on location of plugs.
have you checked the 42 pin harness to make sure its connected? Based on the codes and what im seeing here i suspect the harness you replaced is not making a connection at the 42 pin connector on valve cover.
Have you done a buzz test ? Seems like nothing is connected if in fact you had hit play in that last screenshot
