I got the truck mostly back together. New intake gaskets, new o-rings for the EGR delete, oil and fuel filter housing back on, cleaned the funk out of the turbo, new o-rings on the turbo oil lines, new downpipe that fits better and a new clamp, alternator back on, hot side intercooler tube back on.
I have to wait to install the cold side intercooler tube, intake, and degas bottle until I get a new fuel return line. Mine got bent during removal.
In the meantime, getting the exhaust mated up with the new downpipe.
Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. 32 with a moderately heavy fog this morning.
Yesterday went pretty good. There's no way to make a positive count but my own estimate and photo's would indicate that we had a solid 2,000+ people at the pro 2nd amendment rally yesterday.

On the East side of the Mall near the North end (Court Street- front of the Capitol) is the Oregon State Police Fallen Trooper Memorial. There are two names on there that I personally know.
In 1992, Bret was arresting a drunk driver in Klamath Falls. The drunk driver had two intoxicated passengers with him. All 3 were illegal aliens. In the ensuing encounter Bret was shot in the back of his head and killed. Bret had been married for a month. His bride was never able to recover and committed suicide a year later so she could be forever with Bret.
I had the privilege of being one of the lead Police Motorcycle escort honor guards at his services.
Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. 39 and overcast. Yep, supposed to get wet today. The radar is showing it either right on top of you Evan or pretty darn close. Looks like it is the Pineapple Express moving in from the South.
