Good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Wet, rainy and chilly all day.

Good news on the truck until you need to pay the bill!
I'm presuming the Mac Airport still retains its "P" rating (military ops authorized). Years ago it used to be one of only a couple of airfields in Oregon that were military designated as parachute drop training zones. After I had switched to Army we did a couple of Air Mobile Assaults out there and we in the "golden" twelve made several jumps into the Airport and assaulted the Armory.
When I was still Navy, Flight Engineer - P3 and EP3 Orion, we could never land in Mac because of runway length. (we needed 5500' minimum on a good day).
Tony called today and the pickup is ready to go. We'll go in and get it in the morning. Sold the old 1976 23' boat today, but I'll probably have to sell the wife too to come up with enough money to bail it out!
Morning Pat, and happy Friday Eve. 36 and raining at the compound. Sending off all the taxes later. Oregon state, North Dakota state and Federal. Did good, getting money back in Oregon and Federal and broke even in North Dakota but they still require you to file. And of course, I already have the money spent on some projects when it comes in.
Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. 33.1, broken overcast and wet. No rain for the last couple of hours. Oops, its a heat wave! We just jumped up to 33.3!
Good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Just got home from the storage yard a little bit ago. Getting the 76 Fiberform ready to go to it's new home. The new owner showed up just about the same time the skies opened up and threw the book at us. Got the canvas folded up for travel, boat hooked up to his rig, all the lights checked out and him on his way. Got back in the pickup and it quit snowing, hailing and raining and I didn't have to use the wipers once on the way home.
