Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. 37.5, wet, overcast and 9 mph wind. Temp going the wrong direction.
Well, there are a couple of other places....we've never had a problem there. Food has always been good and quick service . I've heard of a couple of others having problems, but we don't eat there all that often. Tommy's is closed up since he had his health problems. We like Chan's, but not quite so much since the new owners took over and Pam is no longer out there. We so like to eat at the Washington Street Steak House in Dallas, but we were in Mac last night.
Out of all of the places to eat in town....

Good afternoon Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Mixed morning. Been working on getting info on the camper fire and have run into one road block after another. Keep trying to call one person I need to get in touch with, but the phone is continuously busy. Been a long time since I've gotten nothing but busy signals instead of a voice mail.
I'm originally from the Perrydale / Ballston area. Family farm is still out there on Salt Creek. Go Pirates....boo Dragons!
We used to divide our time between North Dallas, Murphy's (when we got our Anniversary and Birthday certificates) and Washington St.. When Ralf sold NDB&G it kind of went down hill. Not long after the change they changed the menu and every time we took mom & dad in a waitress would come over and sit at the table with us. Probably should go give it another shot. I liked the place...but Washington Street has a fantastic sampler plate and the best Pork Chops in the State.
