Belated good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Been in and out working on a project this morning.
Evan, the laser was loose inside the housing. I knew there was a problem the second I tried to adjust the POI on it. When I stripped it down, I could see it was improperly mounted. Put it back together and wasn't going to screw with anything that might mess with the warranty.
The fellow at Cabela's did the same thing. Put it back together, put it in the box and sent it off to Smith. Other than a typical trigger pull that I hate...it is a tight group shooter with the iron sights at 15 feet. Haven't really tried it at 50' or 25 yards, but then those guns aren't particularly made for shooting at those distances.
Back out to work....
I don’t like the trigger much either. I’m thinking about getting the Santiago trigger kit for it. It shortens the stroke by 30%, but keeps the pull the same weight and also increases the hammer force on the firing pin. Downside is it’s $100.
Pat, stay warm. Word has it we are in the teens and twenties next week with highs in the thirties. Not a good deal for some of my fruit trees that are about to flower.
Yes, I have some that are close to flowering and an Almond tree that is too. Daffodil's and Crocus are flowering now. I'm on a south facing hill so I am a few week ahead of many of my neighbors.

Rezvani's Latest Post-Apocalyptic Monster Is a Ford F-150 Raptor Underneath
Morning ford fans. Crazy few weeks and crazy isn't going to stop anytime soon. At least this is a long weekend and wife and I are headed out of town to do some glamping at Fort Steven's. Got a hankering for some Buoy Beer so we'll do that and take in some salt air.
Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. 38.9, wet and raining. Was hoping it would hold of for another day...or even half a day. Not so lucky I guess.

Yep, it could be that this is not going to be good for the Apple and Pear trees out on the farm.
