Oregon is going to help you out with that Pat! Our demons in the Oregon state legislature crammed a South American / California Economics plan law down our throats last year that will do away with the mid west corn ethanol.
They are demanding new ethanol emission limits that corn can't meet. The only ethanol that can meet those lower limits is made from Sugar Cane. The only Sugar Cane of quantity comes from South America. Several lobbyists from California testified at the hearings that they had 3 plants up and running and were ready to supply Oregon with all the Ethanol that Oregon could handle. So we are going to set the world straight on carbon by supporting ripping out even more Amazon Jungle, putting all that additional smoke from burning the cane fields, carbon from trucks and ships transporting it......oh never mind. Suffice it to say that Oregon will phase out subsidizing Nebraska Corn Farmers....
Evening gents. Fixed that connector issue. Pulled one from the scrap yard and wired it in.
Its oddly specific, I don’t exactly know why its there but it is, and its apart of a bigger cable group and thats why I didn’t replace the whole thing. Once I had all the stuff, it took maybe 30-40min to fix it. Works like a charm.
Good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Sun finally burned through and mid afternoon from about 1430 on had some blue sky with light broken overcast.
Boat shop called this morning and they already had the boat done and the kicker motor dropped. Blew me away. I was hoping for sooner than later, but after prior experiences with the old boat shop, if you would have told me they would have been done in under two weeks, let alone the next morning, I would have told you how crazy you are.
So, we went up to check on the rental house to try and get an idea what the problem was there and then went to West Salem to retrieve the boat. Got to listen to Lars Larson on the radio as a plus.
Then after getting all that done, I had a YCSA board of directors meeting tonight. Now to kick back and relax.

Guess we'll just have to make moonshine out of it, then! So, Jim, have you had to pump your own gas yet? I get the feeling that won't be a problem, like some of the snowflakes that whined about it up here!LOL
Morning Pat, Andy and those to follow.
Andy, Pat forgot about hump day because he was thinking about moonshine.
And Pat it's 43° with a forecast of 54°!
