My place is on a high hill too, very good drainage. That looks terrible, some of the cars look like they`re about to be swept away.
I`m off to get ready for work, have a good day Shaun.

Well the downside to my area is most of it is either hills or flat. Half of my street is lower then the other side. The low side is flat so when my side drains it floods the other side. Usually just the sidewalks for them.

Good morning
I'm glad i live at a high elevation, but if my place got flooded we would be living on an Ark for a month or so.
I know a loam screener that gets his loam from pasture lands that have been bought for development, the loam has that distinct manure smell and is about as good as garden mix.
Looks like it's going to be to hot to finish this shed today as its already above 25 out here but its cooling off for the rest of the week tonight so that means I can catch up on work

I wish you could shoot the crows here in town, we don't have magpies here as a rule, did see one years ago at the dump. There are plenty of them closer to the trans Canada highway 60 miles south of me..

I've heard the magpies are bad around cattle that have ringworm and open the skin up...

Don't know about that but everytime we were out with a 410 or a 12 gauge we'd shoot their nests and nobody complained.

Free range chickens hate them as they steal the feed.
