I supposed it`ll get a lot busy before long Shaun?
Clear skies this morning after a couple days of rain. I`m taking my pup in for her shots, yearly check up and to see about her diarrhea problem.
Most holidays I am probably working so I get delayed holidays. And I have up to a year to take those. I usually use them in the fall and into december when I have reenactments to go to.
I do a handful of events per year. Most last a whole weekend. So Saturday and Sunday. With setup on Friday. We also will do day events where we go for the day.
I try to go to a few car shows when I can but it can be tricky to get the time off. Reenacting is alot of fun for me. Alot of hard work but it is fun. We usually start loading equipment at least a week before we head to an event into my trailer.Makes it easier on us. If we are going minimal then we use my truck and load the day we leave.
It certainly does. I also spend alot of time looking at period paintings, and reading books or doing military drill from the time period. ( For the military drill it is the Manual of Arms as Ordered by King George III in 1764. AKA 64 drill).
I feel for you Shaun, being overly busy makes for a very long winter.
How long will it take to move your steering column in the panel John?
That immovable object looks like it was a ton of extra work Perry.
Probably no more than an hour Morris, hooking up the rest of the linkage a little more and need to add a stabilizer so will have to weld a bracket to the frame..
Took the day off the panel and took a drive to Dryden in the pickup today, will be drilling a hole in the floor and patching one in the firewall tomorrow...
