That looks great but what`s the price?
No way to solve the the geometry/premature tire wear problem without replacing it?
I haven't talked with them yet, I should be able to use some of the parts I have now like the spindles, rotors and calipers . Everything else I'll need...
Happy Sunday all. got home at noon from work yesterday, and my sewage pump was running.1/2 hr later, it was still running. Checked it out, and my filter was plugged. Cleaned it out, and couldn't get the pump primed. I hate dealing with sewage, so i called a local company to come take a look. They said, Get your tank pumped out before we come. I get the tank pumped out, call the plumber back, and they send over a tech. He didn't want to be here. He said I have a blockage in the line, or the pump is no good. I had a bad feeling about him. Their shop is 1/2 mile from my house, and he said they have no parts. Wait till Tuesday. I go to the hardware store this morning, and buy a new pump, and other related supplies. Jordan said, the new people that moved in, down the road from us, has a plumbing truck. I stop by on the way home from the hardware store, and he is outside cleaning his work van. He comes over, and tell me the pump is good, tested for blockage, and tells me the float switch probably stuck, and i lost prime. Now that the tank is empty, it will not draw water. He said to monitor the tank level, and when the pill activates, to try and prime again. If I'm stuck he will come and fix it. Gotta love good neighbours. Rant over! Have a great day guy's.
Good morning folks
I hate messing with sewage issues Grant.
I'm going to load up the turkey and fixings so that I can burn it up in the new place while I put in the final 2 fence panels.
Good afternoon FTE folks, even tho it`s a very chilly, windy and cloudy day here.

That should result in some savings.
I too hate dealing with sewage issues, both my rentals have pumps, good news on the plumber that moved in next door. I`d be over there at Christmas with a bottle.
Happy turkey day Perry, I`ll enjoy my ham supper.
Just got home from Sobey's. Took some frozen stuff to the freezer and heard the sewage pump running. I forgot to shut the primer off. I shut the primer off, then the tank started draining!. Boy do I feel good. Life is back to normal, and I will take a long hot shower. The god's are smiling on us today! I spent $400.00 on a new pump, and accessories, and will keep them in stock, in case of emergencies.
Got as much fencing done as I could, need to pickup 4 2x4 s still, started on a firewood shed with the leftover end cuts and will finish it off with what's left over.
It's that time.
Happy Monday Mornin'all. Looks good Perry. We had our feist last night. We were thankful, that our plumbing works. Have a great Thanksgiving Day Guy's.
Good afternoon folks.
Sobeys is one of my favorite places to shop Grant, I love their pies.
Always good to have a spare in case of emergencies, usually an emergency happens after hrs.
Hello John, hope you`re finally having decent fall weather like us. The last two days have been cloudy, windy and quite cold.
Even tho I prefer ham over turkey that looks quite yummy Perry.
Nothing quite like a pie eyed pumpkin Morris.
My day got washed out thanks to being flooded by the tenant upstairs, I think your sewage problem was contagious Grant. Theres up to 4 menstrating females living upstairs and it caught up to the sewage lines, at least she had the courtesy to clean up the furnace room floor so that saved me from getting really PO'd. Had to go to Home despot to get a snake, going to need it in the new place anyway so I guess that base is covered.
Now I get to get my day started and that means moving some wood over to the new place so that I can have it available the next time that I get to go over and finish off the last of the outside upgrades. Picked up a tow bar and 6 1 piece cup and cone/ Budd rims for the 1 ton for $225 on saturday so now I'm on the look out for 6 16.5 tires. The tow bar saves me from calling a tow truck to move the projects to the new place.
