It was a warm one out here today but we had that weird wind thats warm one minute and cold the next. You can stand on one side of the street and its chilly yet on the other side its warm.

Good evening folks.
It was -7°C a few mornings ago but warming up this week, day time highs anywhere from 10°C all the way up to 21°C Thursday.
You can warm up on the sunny side of the street Perry, it won`t be that way for long.
Hello Grant and John.
I got my 53 M100 truck box out of storage from in my barn, just maybe before this winter hits it`ll be back on the truck.

Had to have septic work today. My pill switch was defective, and my pump was draining the tank, till the pump lost prime. The replaced the float, changed my back-up valve, clean my filter, and replaced all the inside the house line's. $471.00. when it comes to sewage, that's a good deal.

Sewage does tend to be an expensive and schitty problem Grant, glad its taken cared of.

Just got back from running all over town paying bills and straightening out my brothers paperwork, still have more to do on the paperwork but thats on hold until I get full POA next month and then his CPP disability kicks in, it all goes back to the province to balance the account books as he's allowed $1588 but his upkeep is $2307. Then its time to talk to the accountant in order to figure out his taxes and how we're going to write him up as to my responsibilities.

It`s been a few yrs since I`ve had sewage problems at my two rental houses, mine has a lagoon which had never given me any problems since we had it installed in 1984.
I hate talking to accountants unless I have money coming back from my taxes.

Candace likes having me around now that she sees how my creative financing works, She used to give me a hard time about the trucks but now that she understands that parts purchases are something that I can use to make my income level disappear allowing me to maximize my benefits shes now on the program. I get to write off some of my furniture also if I decide to run a short term rental suite in the basement. We've got a lot to go over this time and it would be nice to plan out next year, this POA deal might mean that my brother becomes a dependent, either way, we've got to figure out his tax/ employment history for the last 7 - 10 years.

Income tax is not among my favorites, I think of it as a necessary evil.
7 to 10 years is a long ways back, that`ll be a real mess.
