There's a good hoist off a F-600 in Dryden at the wreckers, the cab from it is on my pickup..

Nothing in our forecast for snow so far but a bit of rain Thursday.
My 56 F350 had a hoist which I left off when I redid the deck, it made the deck pretty high of the frame and I don`t really need one for just hauling water.
15°C here tomorrow but after that it`s a lot cooler the rest of the week.
I`ve got a couple of older hoists for a 1 ton, it would be neat to turn one or two into a vehicle hoist.

My neighbor Blair got one of those at home garage lifts about 2 months ago, think its time that I took another look at it. On of my hydraulic systems is 12 volt powered and the rams have about a 24" stroke. It may be time to pick up another parts truck for the metal content. LOL

I think it may be difficult Morris but now there's incentive to check out the industrial auction for a 4 post lift. Might turn one of these lifts into a axle lift or 2, should be easy enough to make a scissor with the 3/8 plate that I have.

Well its cold out and its been off and on snow, all the things that I had to get done are done and I'm completely ready to move. Time to bring the cupons to A&W and have a break before I take the rest of the day off.
