Morning Grant. Perry at this point it is looking like it is an IT issue. They have to trouble shoot the fiber optic network. Already had the vendor out for the system and they have done all they can.
That's what I like about these smart phones, its a computer in my pocket. The neighbor showed me how he has his hooked up to a monitor and started to show off some of his office apps.
The workstation I use in the office I have 6 monitors in total, 2 computers connected to 5 of those monitors. A third computer is connected to the last monitor which is a touch screen monitor. Radio is a computer. Phone is an internet based phone now. All of our reports and dispatch logs are electronic as well.
Am at the auction, its a crap in a box show with a couple of furniture pieces that are worthwhile, will get out of here with a few tool picks but nothing of real value. Hopefully I don't buy the piano even though it would look nice in the front room of the new place.
I started to bid on the piano and had to force myself out of it, sure was a nice piece, spent $172. Got the china cabinet I lost out on last week as the buyer didn't pay for it, got lots of stuff ranging from 2.50 to $10, most of it housewares and tools. Did some networking so that I have friendly faces at other auctions to bid with.
Good late evening Shaun, John, Grant, Perry and all who lurk here.
Today was Bobcat work day, tomorrow is hauling gravel day, the fall rush is on.
Good to hear about that your AOD working good John. I passed on an AOD transmission for mine a couple of weeks ago.
A piano is hard item to lug around Perry.
I hope things get sorted out with your workstation Shaun, that has to be pretty frustrating.
I can relate to the fall rush, on friday I get to get a last minute job done and get back to the regular end of season work and can start moving next week. Going to buy a tow bar on monday or if I'm lucky maybe saturday. I don't mind putting 90 year old restored pump organs into a house as I have a walk board, its how long it would take to sell and how much it would sell for. This one sold for about 20% of its restoration cost and the baffles were redone so it had good strong sound.
