Sand blasting before paint. I made a set of four pucks, two go in the third member housing to hold the alignment bar stright. The other two are on the outside, when the differential is stright the pucks just slide in to the housing. The alignment bar, ground and polished. Purchased from Summit Racing.

I bought a complete Dana 44 differential from a friend a couple years ago with a One Ton steering tie rod setup for my Bronco project. I haven't talked to him yet, but I must have lost a bushing. A simple task to make a new one.
