Looks really good! My only thought is that you may want to wrap the pipe by the transmission pan, that motor is going to create some heat and could boil that trans fluid quick. Happened to my 79.

I bought some Titanium Exhaust and Header Wrap from Summit Racing just for that reason. I was thinking last night that I should have wrapped it before installing it. Hopefully the wrap will keep enough. This is the stuff I bought.
I've been using Heatshield Products for keeping the heat away or contained. I don't know that it's any better than any other brand, but it's been working. I used it on my Titan to shield the brake lines from the headers. On my Polaris Ranger 900 I used it to keep the heat inside the muffler and exhaust manifold so it didn't radiate to the cab. On the F-350 I used their sleeves to protect the transmission lines from the exhaust pipes.
I've been checking out some of there stuff, looks like some nice stuff. I'll for sure be doing some shopping, I see lots of items I could use. Floor board heat has always been a problem on the old Broncos, I see some solutions.
Hurry up and get it done so you can bring it to the next Roundup! I haven't been in 9 years and that has been a huge mistake. We had an absolute blast this last week.
I'm not sure this is going to work as planed, but I am going to attempt to lift the body off of the old frame and on to the new frame with my 4 post lift.
