What did you spray on the inside of your fenders before you sprayed the bedliner? Also what brand of bedliner did you use?Looks really nice. Thanks Brian.
I had sprayed 2 coats of epoxy primer to the fenders prior to applying the bed liner. The epoxy was scuffed with 80 grit before applying it. The bed liner I used is called EZ bed liner, Dominion Sure Seal brand I picked up at our Canadian Tire store.

How many coats of the bed liner did you end up applying? Thanks
John, I see early on you welded the cab seam shut on your roof. The welds appear to be in sections, did you go back and connect the welds before you glassed them in?
I did a series of tack welds until it was completely filled in , however it wasn't really necessary to completely weld it solid. You only need to do enough to ensure body flex won't crack your filler sometime down the road.
The bed looks super nice. I like the tailgate. Can't decide if I want that style or the original look. I like them both. Hopefully the truck driver doesn't miss you again tomorrow and you can get those fenders on. Truck is coming along great.
Are you going to go with the pins and chains or something different for the tailgate "latches"?
I have the hidden latches but haven't put them on yet and I still need to get the supports. The place where I bought the box didn't have the original style gate in stock so told them to send the plain one the had. The gate has the provisions for the chains but will cut them off. I have to fill in all the spot welds too. I cut out some tear drops to weld on the rail ends today and will likely fill in the stake pockets too.
so far on the box all I've done was fill in the hole where the chains attach to the stake pocket and weld on some tear drop patches I cut out of some scrap I had. I will be patching over the stake pocket holes also but waiting for the hardware for the tailgate first. Those chain ears will get cut off the gate too.
