True......and the apt fridge received broken shelves........
But, this was not exterior damage that the vinyl film would have prevented........

Haven't visited the forum in awhile. Nice to see a dually only section. Great trucks. Our 2012 is stock except for when the turbo failed we upgraded to the 2015 turbo. Runs great.

Thanks. I need to check some records but on my one trip on the 15 turbo with a loaded car hauler, mileage was improved. Before going out on a limb, I need to verify the old numbers.

Not sure if the improvement was the turbo, tune or both. Now you have me wondering. I'll do some homework.

On another note... some questions

16 F350 Dually

Is there a Daytime Running Light capability built into the truck that can be "turned on" by the dealer?

Also... anyway to configure the truck so it doesn't run the chime about EVERYTHING?

Lights left on... Ok!

Everything else... key in ign, seatbelts not latched, parking brake on, etc etc I can handle myself. I don't need nanny chiming at me.

You should be able to pull more boost and not have it drop off at elevations?

I'm not sure about your southern trucks but up here everything comes with daytime run lights.
My 450 also came with the four corner strobe kit, very cool, I run an amber strobe bar on my rear rack anyway but more flashy the better!

Define "up here". If you are saying Canada I am hip. My 2010 Dodge Challenger had a "hidden" DRL feature that was built into the car to meet Canadian laws. One just had to know that fact and then go to the dealer and make them smart on it. Then they just searched around with their programming tool and found the switch and turned them on. I had hoped that would be the case here with the F350.

Locking gas cap, just today added a lock to the fuel door itself.

This is a lariat with sunroof and nav. The hood was open cause I was looking for the pins that hold the cowl to the gasket.. the PO had the shroud wrapped, but they didn't secure it again. dealer didn't have the pins like they said they did!
How do you like the Rancho 9000 XL Shocks? Thinking of putting on mine I haul everyday

Well that is good information....

I don't have anything in any of my menus in the information displays that address DRLs. I will have to talk to my service advisor. When they are recalibrating for the Titan tank they can hit the DRLs as well.
