Sweet triple axle! Leave the tandem axle and single axles to the Fiats and GMs. Most often heard quote from Ford SD owners at the camping dealer "Do have anything larger?" The number of tires on trailer need to match the number of tires on the truck.

I am only runnin 4 tires on my 5er as well.

I do carry a spare so I guess if I pick up another spare for the 5th wheel then I can play too.

Total tire count is all that matters. Your truck has a spare and so does your trailer.. Bam! 12 Tires! We're in!

Might be easier to upgrade the truck to match your trailer in tire count.

DID YOU CONSIDER THIER MODEL WITH THE DUAL PATIOS? ON PASSENGER SIDE SLIDER BUT REPLACED WITH A 2ND PATIO? JUST CURIOUS AS THIS SEEMS TO BECOMING A POPULER OPTION IN THE MARKET. WENT TO THE HOUSTON RV SHOW LAST WEEK AND EVERY MAJOR LINE WAS OFERING A DUAL PATIO SETUP.

I looked at those also, but the slide out gave more interior room. Not that it mattered to me because we weren't going to get one anyways
